Class of 2025

• Breakfast will be from 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM in the Junior/Senior Cafe.
• Seniors should report to PAC by 8:00 AM.

Term 3 progress reports–Wednesday, March 5, 2025

Term 3 progress reports will be sent home to families on Friday, March 7, 2025. Teachers will use the comment code SRFAIL for any Senior who is in potential jeopardy of failing a class for the year.

Term 3 Closes on April 7, 2025 and Term 4 begins on April 8, 2025.

Term 3 ends on April 7, 2025.  Teachers will use the comment code SRFAIL when submitting term 3 final grades for any Senior who is in potential jeopardy of failing a class for the year. HUB offices will send failure warning notices to any Senior who is in potential jeopardy of failing a class for the year.

Term 4 Senior Progress Reports–Wednesday, May 7, 2025

Senior progress report grades for term 4  will be submitted by teachers on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Teachers will use the comment code SRFAIL for any Senior who is in potential jeopardy of failing a class for the year.   Senior Progress reports will be published by Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Senior Final Grades and Last Day of School

• Senior final grades will be submitted by teachers at 2 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025.
• Seniors last day of school will be Thursday, May 29, 2025. 
• Senior final report cards will be published by Friday, May 30, 2025 after 2 PM.

Senior Obligations: Due by 2 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2025

Your assigned BPS device, case, and charger are due to be returned the week of May 27, 2025.

All devices and equipment can be returned to the technology department on the upper mezzanine in the library between:

• 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM
• Tuesday 5/27, Wednesday 5/28, and Thursday  5/29.

Please note that all BPS issued chromebooks, chargers, and cases are required to be returned to the Technology Department by 2:30 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Any student with an outstanding technology obligation will incur a charge for any missing/damaged equipment, and may not be eligible to participate in senior class activities including prom, celebration, and graduation until the obligation is resolved. If you do not have your device, the device is damaged and is in need of repair, or you no longer need your device and you would like to turn it in early, please contact the Instructional Technology Team at mceneaney_cian@mybps.us. 

Tuesday 6/3,  all graduating Seniors will receive their school records immediately following graduation rehearsal. This is mandatory and a requirement to participate in graduation rehearsal and in graduation.

Thursday, May 29th at 1:50 PM, All Seniors will gather as a class on the football stands, one last time to complete the traditional Senior countdown.

More specifics will soon follow from the Senior class advisors.

Tuesday June 3, 2025. 6:00 PM

Senior awards night is held each year in the Performing Arts Center at BHS to recognize any Senior who has applied for and is  receiving a scholarship and/or has been elected to receive an award. Students receiving awards/scholarships will receive an invitation from the school

Graduation rehearsal will occur on the following dates and times at Barnstable High School. Graduation rehearsal is mandatory. All Seniors are expected to attend all graduation rehearsals in order to be eligible to participate in graduation ceremonies.

• Tuesday, June 3rd – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Wednesday, June 4th – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Thursday, June 5th – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Graduation – Saturday, June 7th, at Barnstable High School at 10:00 AM. 

• The Rain date is Sunday,  June 8th, at 10:00 AM 
• Gates will open at 8:30 AM
• Seniors need to be at BHS  at 8:00 AM

Each Senior will get 4 lawn Tickets, 4 Bleacher tickets and 2 rain date tickets. These tickets will be distributed to seniors when they receive their caps and gowns during rehearsals. 

NOTE: If students have not purchased their caps and gowns already, they will have a chance to buy them the week of graduation.
